NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH CHILDREN: Children between 0-9 ages. There will be NO CHARGE for 1 child per room,Please write the name, surname and date of birth of the child in the reservation note section. You can make extra children payments to the agency desk at the hotel entrance. It is mandatory to bring the Identity card of the children to enter to the hotel.

THE APPLICATION OF CANCELATION: Your Money is fully refunded for cancellations made until 08 January 2025 in registration fees. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.

** Participants wishing to share a double room or a triple room with a colleague or friend need to make two separate bookings asking for a double room and each person noting the name of their roommate during the booking process. If you do not do this the system will generate the rooming list automatically and make room assignments according to gender and booking dates.
