CONDITIONS REGARDING ACCOMMODATION

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

*Accommodation Fee includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages and hospitality treats to be served during the congress.

*The implementation time of the hotel concept starts at 12:00 on check-in day and ends at 12:00 on check-out day. 

*These fees include lunch on check-in day and breakfast on check-out day.

*The delivery time of the room is 12:00 at the latest on check-in day. Participants are charged a late check-out fee for the rooms that are delivered late.

2 SEPARATE REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE AS CONGRESS ATTENDANCE AND CONGRESS ACCOMMODATION.

2ND STEP: REGISTRATION TO THE CONGRESS

3RD STEP: PAYMENT (WITH CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER)

NOTE 1: If you are going to stay on dates apart from the specified dates, please indicate these dates in the reservation note section.

NOTE 2: “Bank Commission Cost” is applied in the Credit Card payments.

NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH CHILDREN:

* Children between 0-9 ages (Children born after 2013): There will be NO CHARGE for 1 child per room, prices for 2nd child per night:  25,00 EURO

NOTE: Please write the name, surname and date of birth of the children in the reservation note section. You can make payments related to the children at the agency desk at the entrance. It is mandatory to bring the Identity card of the children to enter to the hotel.

CANCELATION: Your money is fully refunded for cancellations made until 20 October 2022 in registration fees. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. All refunds will be made after the end of the seminar. Please send your refund requests to ozgen@miragotour.com with your reason for cancellation.
