RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITION: 

NOTE1: If you would like to stay in a SGL room, purchase your package and send an email to mediconturkey@gmail.com for the extra prices.

NOTE2: There will be 3% "bank commission fee" upon credit card payment method. 

               There will be 6% "bank commission fee" is expected upon bank transfer payment method. Make sure to add this fee and include your name and surname for tracking. Send your receipt to mediconturkey@gmail.com for the confirmation.

NOTE3: You may pay for more than one package and more than one person at the same time. Make sure indicating the participants clearly. 

REFUND CONDITONS: 

NOTE1: Refund requests for the early bird registrations are taken until the 16th of April. After this date, refund requests will not be accepted. 

NOTE2: All refunds are going to be made after the end of the event. Send your request to mediconturkey@gmail.com
