IMPORTANT NOTE 1: Conference participation is free. Participants only pay for accommodation at the prices listed below. Each day of accommodation covers one day of the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: The hotel package starts with lunch on arrival and ends with breakfast on departure.

IMPORTANT NOTE 3: Participants who stay for one night can attend the conference on the day of arrival. For participation on the second day, an additional rone nmore night  or external participation registration is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE 4: Tea and coffee will be served in the conference foyer during conference hours. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided free of charge in the lobby after dinner. IMPORTANT NOTE 5: Explanation for external participants: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. Departure time is 23:00.
